If you submitted a request through the app Help Center, we will respond to you as quickly as we can, typically within 24 hours.
We are a startup, and we don't have a formal customer service department - the same people that are responsible for building the app are the ones responding to your request - so please be patient with us as sometimes things can get hectic and we won't be as responsive. Please know that we DO care so much about you, and we typically always respond.
Also please note - even though the place in the app where you write us LOOKS like it's real-time chat, it's not. It's just a very nice looking email dialogue.
