Why are your password requirements harder than other apps?!

We require pretty strong passwords.  We know that can be frustrating when creating a new account sometimes.

In the broader scheme of things we are a precision medicine company, so we adhere to really stringent data requirements, such as HIPAA and HITRUST.  So, while all of that might not directly relate to the LIFE app, we still follow the same data security and privacy protocols that we do everywhere else in our company…we take security really seriously.

In the end, you want your data to stay just yours, right?

So, we know that can make the sign-up process a bit more onerous than it might be somewhere else, but we feel strongly that it’s justified and are proud knowing that our user’s data is super secure!
