I'd like to delete my account, but I already deleted the app

Note - deleting your account permanently deletes all of your data

Start by clicking on this link, which will take you to the web portal backend for the LIFE apps. You will be taken to a page that looks like the picture below.  Go ahead and log in using either username/email + password or the Facebook login option, whichever you used initially to create your LIFE Fasting app account.

Once logged in, you will be taken to a screen that looks like the one below.  Go ahead and click on "Delete Account".  Once you do that, feel free to close out your browser, you should be all set!  You will get an email automatically generated that tells you the deletion process has begun and you have 2 weeks to cancel the deletion.  If you have second thoughts and don't want to delete your account, follow the same exact steps that you did to delete your account, but there will be a big button to un-delete our account instead of the "Delete Account" button shown below.
