In early February, 2021, we updated the fasting history views in the apps. This is a brief guide for how to use and interpret your data.
The main view you see first will be the weekly view, with no specific days selected, as you see below.
Tapping on a specific day will bring up the detail view for that day, and will include all fasting hours that you had that day as well as a depiction of the individual fasts (if applicable) that included hours on that specific day. In the example below, Monday was selected. There were two fasts that took place in some part on Monday, the fast that ended Monday morning (the top of the two black bars) and the fast that started Monday evening and went through Tuesday (the bottom of the black bars).
For LIFE+ subscribers, you also have access to Monthly and Yearly data views. The monthly view color-codes either red if you have the ketosis view toggled, or blue if you have just the fasting view toggled. For either view, the darker the color, the longer the duration of time either fasting or in ketosis, depending on the view chosen.
In the monthly view, tapping on a specific day will give you more information about the fasting times on that day, just like when tapping on a day in the weekly view.
The yearly view is great to see at a glance what your fasting consistency or fasting habits have been over a longer duration of time. Tapping on an individual section in this screen will take you to the month view. The same rules about the fasting/ketosis toggle and darker shading = more time apply here as well.
